New crochet pattern : the Huguette scarf

Aussi en / Also in frFrançais

Inspired by a student’s desire to crochet a scarf with shells, I present the Huguette scarf. This piece refuses to commit to a single shape.

What’s this: This is the Huguette Scarf.

Why should I make this: This scarf refuses to be tied down! Is it an infinity scarf? A circle scarf? A rectangular scarf? You decide.

When will this get the most use: Whenever it gets chilly!

Who is it for: Anyone.

Where do I start: This pattern is rated Intermediate – you’ll need to know or be eager to learn the basic crochet stitches and some new ones. You will need 300g of worsted weight yarn & a 5,5 mm hook. Other notions: 6 1’’ (2.5 cm) buttons, a yarn needle, and some stitch markers.

You’ll find this pattern in all of my shops:

Ravelry, Craftsy, LoveCrochet
