Description

What’s this: This is the Modern Hippie Blanket. It was designed in collaboration with Julie Asselin Hand-dyed yarns.

Why should I make this: NO SEAMING or ASSEMBLY!

Want a blanket composed of squares but not the assembly that usually comes with them? This is it. Perfect for all the babies you’ll meet.

Spoil baby with this sumptious yarn… be warned though : you’ll never go back.

When will this get the most use: Perfect gift for new parents, your home, baby showers…

Who is it for: Great for people who don’t like seaming or assembling their crochet!

Where do I start: This pattern is rated Intermediate – You’ll need to be comfortable with crochet. You will need 230g of DK weight yarn in your main colour, and 115g of each of 3 contrast colours (used here, Julie Asselin Leizu DK) & a 5 mm hook. Other notions: a yarn needle, and some stitch markers.
