About the yarn
This was my first experience with Heads Up by Red Heart Yarns and I only have good things to say about it.
I based my entire challenge on the fact that I fell in love with a colour combination on my laptop screen: Citrus & Ivory. It made my mouth water with thoughts of a delicious key lime pie. I was delighted to find the colours absolutely POP in real life, and that Heads Up is incredibly SOFT!
Bonus: the yarn has a very low price point, which is perfect when you need to make LOADS of accessories quickly. My thoughts: AWESOME colours, perfectly SOFT yarn, and a great finished look. You will prefer your round-headed hooks with this one, as the way it’s plied makes it a little splitty.
I am super happy with this yarn choice, and I’m sure I’ll use it again.
