For her 2023 CAL, Arumina of Knitter Knotter designed the entire blanket herself using Mosaic Tunisian Crochet.
As you can see in the picture above, the Zuri Blanket is absolutely stunning.
The 2023 Tunisian Crochet Blanket CAL includes patterns for 25 2-colour squares worked in Mosaic Tunisian Crochet. A border is added at the end, once all the squares have been assembled. The squares will be released through 2023.
LEVEL
When I first saw the finished project, I assumed it would be geared at Tunisian crochet experts, but it isn’t. In fact, you only need to know 2 Tunisian crochet stitches to make the blanket! Mosaic crochet is quick to learn, and Mosaic Tunisian crochet has the advantage of not having to change colors in rows. You simply alternate between colors after each row. Arumina has videos for everything you need to know =)
