Description

What’s this: This is the Reversible Slouchy-Shell hat. It is part of a 2-pattern set available at the link on top.

Why should I make this: This hat can be worn 4 ways : as a slouch or a beanie, and with 2 different colour options each way!

Sample made with Milis by Julie Asselin. This yarn is a joy to work with with its vibrant colours & very generous yardage. With 1 skein of each of 2 colours, you will have more than enough of the Milis yarn to make the COWL and the HAT!

When will this get the most use: Whenever it gets chilly!

Who is it for: Choose school or team or favorite colour combos and make it for anyone. Sized Small (15-18’’) to Large (22-24’’).

Where do I start: This pattern is rated Intermediate – you’ll need to know or be eager to learn the basic crochet stitches, colour changing & shaping. You will need 230g of fingering weight yarn & a 3.75 mm hook to make the set. Other notions: a yarn needle, and some stitch markers.
